At 1am I was stranded near here at sheetz alone 9 hours from home alone as a young woman with my dog with a flat tire. At first After a different man not associated with this shop attempted to plug my tire and was drunk and hitting on me actually drilled an extra whole in my tire. Then an angel who works here chuck I guess was otw home and stumbled apon this happening and offered to help. He fixed my tire and checked on my car he helped me beyond belief and it makes me believe good people are still here. Chuck reminds me of my own father and grandfather who passed recently they both would of done the same act of kindness he gave me. I think today my grandfather was definitely looking over me. And if chuck had not of came and helped idk what would of happened bc I was definitely in danger until he arrived thank you so much for helping me my family and friends are also grateful.

I called AC&H at 7 am this morning, when they opened for business. Scott answered on the first ring. I explained we had no heat and our thermostat was not working. He and Chris were at my house by 8:15 am, the problem was solved within a 1/2 hour, and his charge was very reasonable. I am so happy to have become a loyal customer.

My mother called Scott after we were recommended by a family friend when our furnace igniter had an issue. He was incredibly punctual, called us at exactly 3 pm when he said he would, and arrived not long after! My husband and I purchased a 20 year old home about 9 months ago. When the high temperatures started this summer, we noticed the second floor was 15 degrees warmer than the first floor. We discovered an air flow issue to one 2nd floor bedroom; barely a trickle of air was coming out of the vents. Although we were a new customer, Scott made the time to stop and evaluate the situation knowing he had to go into an attic while temperatures outside were in the 90s with high humidity. Within 30 minutes the problem was identified and fixed on the spot. Very fair price for time and materials! I want to stress the integrity of AC&H Services. Prior to contacting AC&H Services, I had reached out to other companies over a 2 month period. Only two other companies were willing to come to our home, both of which wanted to do a major rework of the duct system and/or other work unrelated to the flow problem. Both estimates were over a thousand dollars, work would not have been started until the Fall, and the 2nd floor air flow problem would have continued through the heat of summer. Scott was polite, professional, and full of integrity based on how he handled our situation from start to finish. Very appreciative and thankful! Scott was great. Hottest day of the year so far and was able to get to me the same day. Turned out to be a capacitor. Scott had us fixed up in no time at all and prices were very reasonable. Would recommend him to everyone.
